Where is my order?

Pleasure Me Time is fully committed to ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner. If an order has not yet arrived within ten business days, please check your shipping status and ensure that your address on the receipt is correct.

Please note that due to the global impact of COVID-19, some orders may be delayed.

How do I clean my toys?

Depending on the material your toys are made of can determine the best way to keep your toys clean. However, Please Me Time does offer high quality anti-bacterial toy cleaner.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in a standard black or white corrugated box sent via UPS or USPS. We ship using recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. The return address label on the package is from PMT, LLC.

What if I am not satisfied with my order how do I return?

Due to the nature of our products, once an item is shipped it is considered used, and therefore ineligible for return, refund or exchange due to health and safety concerns. Our staff is trained in all of our products and more than happy to help you select the right item for you, if you have any questions before purchasing, please direct them to us via our contact form. 

If you believe your item is defective please use our contact form to report the defect. We will require your order number and proceed to go through troubleshooting tips. 

If we find your item to be defective will send a replacement device at no cost to you
